IMPORTANT: The Event Coordinator is requiring that all patrons provide proof of a completed COVID-19 vaccination (at least two weeks prior to the arrival at the venue) or a negative COVID-19 PCR test that was completed no more than 72 hours prior.
Vaccination cards and PCR test results will be checked against a government issued ID to verify names. If a patron has only had one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine when arriving at the venue, they will also have to produce a negative COVID-19 PCR test that was completed no more than 72 hours prior.
Additionally, masks are required at all times when patrons are not actively eating or drinking. The Event Coordinator and Orpheum Theatre Phoenix reserves the right to ask any patron to leave who do not comply with these COVID-19 protocols, and will not provide any refunds.

Valley Metro Light Rail operates 18–22 hours per day, seven days a week and stops every 12–20 minutes along the 28-mile line linking Phoenix to neighboring communities and attractions. There is a dedicated stop on the Valley Metro Light Rail at the Phoenix Convention Center, making travel to and from the area convenient, especially to and from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.
Directions to Phoenix Convention Center from the Airport: Take the free PHX Sky Train from Level 3 of Terminal 4 to the 44th Street PHX Sky Train Station. From there, take the elevator or escalator down to the platform of the 44th St/Washington Valley Metro Rail stop. If you are traveling from Terminals 2 or 3, take the free black and silver PHX Airport Shuttle to Terminal 4 and then proceed to Level 3 to connect with the PHX Sky Train. The PHX Sky Train and Airport shuttles are designed for travelers with luggage and run seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
