Everheart pairs intimate lyrics with the occasional satirical take on love. Her debut single “Sour” encompasses Everheart’s style. Lines such as “heart is a melancholy word, and love won’t save me that’s for sure” and “I’m sorry for all I said but why do I have to apologize for something that you did?”
