ADA Accessibility

Accessibility

The Phoenix Convention Center & Venues is committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming experience for all guests. Our venues are ADA‑compliant, and staff are available to help ensure your visit is comfortable and accessible.

Power Assisted Doors

Power assisted doors are located at the front of West, North, South Buildings off of 2nd and 3rd Streets.

Elevators & Accessible Seating

All of our venues offer elevator access for guests. Accessible seating locations vary by venue.

When purchasing theatrical tickets online, look for the Accessibility icon next to a seat to identify wheelchair‑accessible seating. These seats are also eligible for companion seating.

If you have purchased tickets that are not in a wheelchair‑accessible area and need to make a change, please call the ticketing office at 602‑262‑7272 and our team will gladly assist you.

Restrooms

Accessible restroom facilities are available in all PCC‑managed venues. Locations vary by building, and may include accessible stalls, family restrooms, and elevator access where applicable.

Service Animals

Service animals, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (dogs and miniature horses), are welcome at all PCC venues.

Accessible Parking

Accessible parking spaces are available in all our garages. Spaces are marked accordingly and offered on a first‑come, first‑served basis. Parking availability may vary depending on location and event.

Braille & Language Interpretation

Many venue features, such as elevators and restrooms, include Braille and raised characters to support guests with vision loss. Guests who require accommodations such as large‑print materials, Braille, sign language or oral interpreters, or other support services during an event should contact the event organizer in advance.

ADA Assistance Gathering Locations

During emergency evacuations, guests with disabilities should proceed to the nearest ADA Assistance Gathering Locations, where security staff will escort them from the building. These Gathering Assistance Areas are marked with signs on each level of the Phoenix Convention Center & Venues. If assistance is needed, please approach the nearest Information Desk or uniformed staff member for help.

Questions or Accommodation Requests
